Gong Bath, Sound Healing, Shamanic, Energy Healing, Healing Circles, Retreats, North West London, North London
Autumn has arrived with a bit of a cold and frequent rains, and is yet to evelop us with its warmth and colourful displays in nature. This season’s energies of riping and maturing help us in recognising and appraising our achievements so that we can enjoy the fruits of our creative energy and build it for future projects.
We would like to invite you to celebrate this reflective season with a sound journey that will promote your inner growth and happiness.
Together with Tatjana of LYS, we will create a sound journey for you with our gongs, crystal bowls and Tibetan bowls.
This will be a deeply healing, invigorating, motivating and nourishing journey that will help you unleash your inner magic in this magical season.
Treat yourself and your friends, or family to this beautiful and truly transforming experience, sound bathing has been practiced for millenia and can be a very effective way to heal and stay healthy; and to awaken hidden potential within you.
Sound bathing is helpful for relieving stress, anxiety and dealing with emotional issues, the gong tones vibrate the cells of the body and put it back into harmony so we can function at our optimum level. Any discordant elements in the body are balanced by the resonant frequencies of the gong sounds. It’s like pressing a reset button on our body.
During a gong/sound bath, participants typically lie down (or be seated in a chair if lying down on a hard floor is just not for you) and get comfortable with blankets and pillows, so please bring whatever will help you feel at ease.
Sound healing is safe and effective, however, if you have any of the following conditions or are under supervision by a mental health team/health care provider, please check it is safe for you to attend.
Clinical Depression, Bipolar, Psychosis, Schizophrenia.
Pregnant women in their first or third trimester.
