Autumn Gong Bath

Come join us for a relaxing and healing gong bath to welcome the autumn season! Immerse yourself in the soothing sounds of the gong as it washes over you, promoting deep relaxation and inner peace. This in-person event will be held at the serene John Keble Church Hall, providing the perfect setting for a truly transformative experience. Let the vibrations of the gong guide you into a state of blissful harmony with yourself and the changing season. Limited spots available, so book your place now

All you need to do during the sound baths is to lay down on your mat and listen while I guide you through your journey with the sound. The effects can be very uplifting and deeply transformational.

The gong bath is helpful for relieving stress, anxiety and dealing with emotional issues, the gong tones vibrate the cells of the body and bring it back into harmony so we can function at our optimum level. Any discordant elements in the body are balanced by the resonant frequencies of the gong sounds. It’s like pressing a reset button on our body.

During a gong bath, participants typically lie down (or be seated in a chair if lying down on a hard floor is just not for you) and get comfortable with blankets and pillows, so please bring whatever will help you feel at ease.

Sound healing is a safe and effective, however, if you have any of the following conditions or are under supervision by a mental health team/health care provider, please check it is safe for you to attend.
