It is a practice and process that should be undertaken on regular basis. \nWe can encounter pain\, sickness\, low vibrations\, darkness on daily basis\, we can be invaded\, hurt\, neglected or maltreated. \nIn reaction to that we tend to do like for like\, withdraw and suffer\, lash out in defensiveness or be in denial. \nIt can be difficult for us to respond with compassion and kindness\, it is in fact a skill we need to learn\, practice and share for it to grow in and through us and enliven our souls and those around us. \nEnergy needs cleansing on a daily basis\, replenishing\, strengthening\, invigorating\, so that we can take on life challenges with clarity\, impeccability\, empowered in wisdom and compassion. \nWhat you will experience: \nIn the Healing Circles we will embark on a journey of practicing healing of ourselves and others\, of the planet and the collective. \nWe will use shamanic techniques like drumming\, journeying\, cleansing rituals\, connecting with helping spirits (plant and animal)\, meditation and more. \nEach session will be a discovery\, a new learning experience\, a joyful gathering of likeminded people. \nWe will meet in a circle\, and we will create an altar for energies/forces we will work with. \nWe will do it with courage and curiosity of what the moment would bring\, and we will learn from each other and from each other’s challenges\, experiences and insights. \nI invite you to join this experimental endeavour which aims to bring local healers\, practitioners and intuitives together to create a more impactful and profound change\, healing\, growth to our community.

This season’s energies of riping and maturing help us in recognising and appraising our achievements so that we can enjoy the fruits of our creative energy and build it for future projects. \nWe would like to invite you to celebrate this reflective season with a sound journey that will promote your inner growth and happiness. \nTogether with Tatjana of LYS\, we will create a sound journey for you with our gongs\, crystal bowls and Tibetan bowls. \nThis will be a deeply healing\, invigorating\, motivating and nourishing journey that will help you unleash your inner magic in this magical season. \nTreat yourself and your friends\, or family to this beautiful and truly transforming experience\, sound bathing has been practiced for millenia and can be a very effective way to heal and stay healthy; and to awaken hidden potential within you. \nSound bathing is helpful for relieving stress\, anxiety and dealing with emotional issues\, the gong tones vibrate the cells of the body and put it back into harmony so we can function at our optimum level. Any discordant elements in the body are balanced by the resonant frequencies of the gong sounds.
