Cleanse your heart chakra\, restore mind-heart connection and become a beacon of love.Shedding unserving and old patterns\, cultivating an open Heart and connection with everything around us\, let’s meet in the celebration of beaty and life \n🌸 Relaxing\, Revitalising & Nourishing Gong Bath 🌸 \nA summery Sonic Journey of Healing and Awakening \nOffering your body to access state of deep rest and to simply relax is great way to reward yourself and to cultivate energy for personal growth and enjoyment. \nThrough the powerful resonance of the Earth Gong and soothing\, gentle vibrations of other instruments\, you will be guided into a meditative state of rest and healing\, allowing old emotions\, blockages\, and limiting patterns to gently release\, and inviting new energies and insights to inspire us\, ignite new pathways to reach our full potential. \nThe frequency of the Earth is grounding\, healing\, nourishing and comforting\, it rebalances our body and energies so that we thrive in our endeavours\, grow through our challenges and blossom into wise and inspired beings. \nLocated in a sheltered All Saints’ Church Hall in Highgate\, North London \, this event is a local gem\, so come and join us to discover a life changing practice of sound healing. \nSound healing is safe and effective\, however\, if you have any of the following conditions or are under supervision by a mental health team/health care provider\, please check it is safe for you to attend: \nDepression\, Bipolar\, Psychosis\, Schizophrenia. \nPregnant women in their first or third trimester. \nHearing / Tinnitus / Sound Sensitive Conditions. \nMetal implants / Pacemaker. \nEpilepsy. \nBy booking you are declaring that this event is safe for you to attend\, you agree to notify your GP should your health or symptoms adversely change\, and you take responsibility for your own wellbeing. \nPlease bring your yoga mat\, cushions and blankets to ensure you are comfortable; you could also use chairs to sit in through the session – these will be provided. \nDoors open 10 mins before the event starts\, please arrive on time to chose your space and make yourself comfortable. \nLate arrivals will not be allowed in as it creates disruption and noise for those present. \n  \nThis Gong Bath will be held in Highgate North London and is easily accessible from Archway\, Hampstead\, Crouch End\, Hornsey and Mill Hill \nBus Routes: 143\, 20\, 234\, 263 \nNearest Tube Station: Highgate North London \nSound Bath | Highgate | Highgate Village | Hampstead |Hampstead Garden Suburbs | Archway | Crouch End | Hornsey | North London
