DESCRIPTION:Relaxing Gong Bath | Sound bath | Highgate | North London \nI warmly invite you to join the sonic celebration of this relaxing Gong Bath where I will guide you into deep relaxation\, rest\, and healing through releasing of old emotions\, blockages\, patterns whilst gently bathing in the sounds of the Earth gong. \nPreparing ourselves for the Spring by working on cleansing and energising our bodies\, and charging our hearts with the emerging energies of awakening\, enthusiasm and joy. \nThe frequency of the Earth is grounding\, healing\, nourishing and comforting\, it rebalances our body and energies so that we thrive in our endeavours\, grow through our challenges and blossom into wise and inspired beings. \nLocated in a sheltered All Saints’ Church Hall in Highgate\, North London this event is a local gem\, so come and join us to discover a life changing practice of sound healing \nSound healing is safe and effective\, however\, if you have any of the following conditions or are under supervision by a mental health team/health care provider\, please check it is safe for you to attend: \nDepression\, Bipolar\, Psychosis\, Schizophrenia. \nPregnant women in their first or third trimester. \nHearing / Tinnitus / Sound Sensitive Conditions. \nMetal implants / Pacemaker. \nEpilepsy. \nBy booking you are declaring that this event is safe for you to attend\, you agree to notify your GP should your health or symptoms adversely change\, and you take responsibility for your own wellbeing. \nPlease bring your yoga mat\, cushions and blankets to ensure you are comfortable; you could also use chairs to sit in through the session – these will be provided. \nThis event capacity is limited to 20 places so please reserve your space well in advance. \nDoors open 10 mins before the event starts\, please arrive on time to chose your space and make yourself comfortable. \nLate arrivals will not be allowed in as it creates disruption and noise for those present. \n  \nThis Gong Bath will be held in Highgate North London  easily accessible from Archway\, Hampstead\, Crouch End \nBus Routes: 143\, 20\, 234\, 263 \nNearest Tube Station: Highgate North London \nSound Bath | Highgate | Hampstead |Hampstead Garden Suburbs | Archway | Crouch End | North London
