DESCRIPTION:Festive Gong Bath Mill Hill North London – Saturday 14th December 2024 \nI warmly invite you to join the Sound Healing celebration of this Festive Gong Bath where I will guide you into deep relaxation and opening of your heart in preparation for the festivities of the Season. \nBathing in the vibrations and sounds of the Earth gong will help us cleanse the beautiful space of our Inner Heart\, releasing old emotions\, triggers\, imbalances so that we can spend quality together time with our families\, loved ones and friends during the Festive Season. \nSound healing  is safe and effective\, however\, if you have any of the following conditions or are under supervision by a mental health team/health care provider\, please check it is safe for you to attend: \nDepression\, Bipolar\, Psychosis\, Schizophrenia. \nPregnant women in their first or third trimester. \nHearing / Tinnitus / Sound Sensitive Conditions. \nMetal implants / Pacemaker. \nEpilepsy. \nBy booking you are declaring that this event is safe for you to attend\, you agree to notify your GP should your health or symptoms adversely change\, and you take responsibility for your own wellbeing. \nPlease bring some water\, your yoga mat\, cushions and blankets to ensure you are comfortable; you could also use chairs to sit in through the session – these will be provided. \nThe Gong bath will be held in Mill Hill North London  easily accessible from Brent Cross\, Hendon\, Edgware\, Burnt Oak. \nBus Routes: 303 \nNearest Train Station: Mill Hill Broadway \nSound Bath | Mill Hill | Hendon | Brent Cross | Colindale | Burnt Oak | North London | Edgware
