The energy of November invites us within for introspection of ourselves, our motivations and actions, finding nuances and facets of our psyche, and our internal dialogue.

This story can be changed, updated – and as we release blocked energies, trapped emotions, look deeper into our pains and symptoms – we find new understanding and release, and can tune more into our true vibration.

I invite you to join the Sound Healing ceremony for this November Gong Bath, where I will guide you into listening to your inner dialogue and the gentle release of harmful narratives within us.

Gong bathing in the sounds of the Earth gong will help us cleanse our core vibration and melt the energetic, emotional and mental barricades.
