So much depends on your wellbeing. When you’re well, nurtured, and rested – your capacity for dealing with daily challenges expands, as does the joy of of living.

Sound healing has been used as part of wellbeing regimen for millennia, and nowadays is a popular practice that helps you unwind the stresses and worries of modern life.

Relaxing, Revitalising & Nurturing Gong Bath

Join me for a deeply relaxing and nurturing Gong Bath where we will unwind to relax our minds and bodies, offering ourselves a valuable time of deep rest and reset.

Through the powerful resonance of the Earth Gong, you will be guided into a meditative state of rest and healing, allowing old emotions, blockages, and limiting patterns to gently release.

The frequency of the Earth Gong is grounding, nourishing, and deeply restorative. It reconnects us with our natural rhythm, supporting balance in the body, clarity in the mind, and strength in the heart. As you align with these healing vibrations, you are invited to thrive through your challenges and bloom into your most inspired, authentic self.

Held in the beautiful and newly restored Commitee Room 1 of Hornsey Town Hall, this sacred sound healing experience is a local gem — a sanctuary for those seeking soulful restoration and conscious connection.
