Gong Bath | Sound Bath | Highgate | North London

Relaxing, Revitalising & Energising Gong Bath
Have a rest, a deep uninterrupted experience of blissful not-doing whilst your body naturally repairs and recalibrates, returns to balance.
I invite for a sound session where we will go into deep rest, surrender into your inner embrace of warmth and acceptance, where you’ll be able to catch a deeper breath and slow down, and experience the potency and power of inner silence.
Through the powerful resonance of the Earth Gong, Tibetan bowls and other instruments, you will be guided into a meditative state of rest and healing, allowing old emotions, blockages, and limiting patterns to gently release.
The frequency of the Earth Gong is grounding, nourishing, and deeply restorative. It reconnects us with our natural rhythm, supporting balance in the body, clarity in the mind, and strength in the heart. As you align with these healing vibrations, you are invited to thrive through your challenges and bloom into your most inspired, authentic self.
Held in the beautiful, serene setting of All Saints’ Church Hall in Highgate, this sacred sound healing experience is a local gem — a sanctuary for those seeking soulful restoration and conscious connection
