Relaxing into the holding embrace of the Earth energies, revitilising our body with the current of Earth gong vibrations and melodies, energising in tune with the season’s sunny cheerfulness and vibrancy.
I warmly invite you to join the sonic celebration of this relaxing Gong Bath where I will guide you into deep relaxation, rest, and healing through releasing of old emotions, blockages, patterns whilst gently bathing in the sounds of the Earth gong.
The frequency of the Earth is grounding, healing, nourishing and comforting, it rebalances our body and energies so that we thrive in our endeavours, grow through our challenges and blossom into wise and inspired beings.
Taking place in a beautiful and nurturing space of Golders Green Unitarians Chapel this event is a local gem, so come and join us to discover a life changing practice of sound healing
Sound healing is safe and effective, however, if you have any of the following conditions or are under supervision by a mental health team/health care provider, please check it is safe for you to attend:
Depression, Bipolar, Psychosis, Schizophrenia.
Pregnant women in their first or third trimester.
Hearing / Tinnitus / Sound Sensitive Conditions.
Metal implants / Pacemaker.
Epilepsy.

Please bring your yoga mat, cushions and blankets to ensure you are comfortable; you could also use chairs to sit in through the session – these will be provided.
This event capacity is limited to 20 places so please reserve your space well in advance.
Doors open 10 mins before the event starts, please arrive on time to chose your space and make yourself comfortable.
Late arrivals will not be allowed in as it creates disruption and noise for those present.
