Join me for a deeply relaxing and uplifting Gong Bath where we will unwind to relax our minds and bodies, offering ourselves a valuable time of deep rest and reset.
I warmly invite you to this evening of relaxing Gong Bath where I will guide you into deep relaxation, rest, and healing through releasing of old emotions, blockages, patterns whilst gently bathing in the sounds of the Earth gong and Tibetan singing bowls.
The frequency of the Earth is grounding, healing, nourishing and comforting, it rebalances our body and energies so that we thrive in our endeavours, grow through our challenges and blossom into wise and inspired beings.
Located in the Upper Hall of St Mary with St George Parish Church in Hornsey, North London this event is a local gem, so come and join us to discover a life changing practice of sound healing
Sound healing is safe and effective, however, if you have any of the following conditions or are under supervision by a mental health team/health care provider, please check it is safe for you to attend:
Depression, Bipolar, Psychosis, Schizophrenia.
Pregnant women in their first or third trimester.
Hearing / Tinnitus / Sound Sensitive Conditions.
Metal implants / Pacemaker.

Please bring your yoga mat, cushions and blankets to ensure you are comfortable; you could also use chairs to sit in through the session – these will be provided.
This event capacity is limited to 15 places so please reserve your space well in advance.
Doors open 10 mins before the event starts, please arrive on time to chose your space and make yourself comfortable.
Late arrivals will not be allowed in as it creates disruption and noise for those present.
